Have you thought about learning how to meditate and making it a part of your daily life? By taking this class you will be provided with a fundamental understanding of meditation. We will discuss various techniques and their benefits in an effort to focus your mind and transform your consciousness. Class sizes are small (up to 4 students per class) and each class includes guided practice and time to discuss your questions.
